Emergency Requests and Labor Billing

We will apply a service charge for all emergency service request. A a service charge should not be confuse with the hourly service rate.

The hourly service rate start at the time of arrival and end when the job is completed and may vary depending on the time of the day or the days of the week.

After hour and weekend shall be bill as time and half.

There are some services that may require an additional person, and can be only determined when the situation is evaluated.

Service Request Disclosure

Service Request Terms

Service Right LLC does not offer a free estimate. Any time a customer requests our service we must be compensated for our time.

Service Right LLC does not make any promise that your service request will be resolved, and could be due to several contributing factors. Unavailability of part that could prevent a speedy repair. Other instances the units could be irreparable, and need to be replaced.

In such instances Service Right, LLC shall be compensated for the service charge and time spent on the job. You will be billed for one minimum of hour labor charge even if there was less time spent on the job.

If the unit is not repairable, Service Right LLC shall submitted a free estimate to the client and will prioritize the work if hired.
