Oil Burner Tune Up Service
Replace all required parts, clean and clear boiler flue section, clean flue pipe and check chimney base, test pump pressure, perform combustion analysis test, and calibrate burner if needed. We check boiler draft and all boiler controls to make sure they are functioning. All steam boilers should be flushed once every two weeks, and it is the duty of the homeowner to perform that service. Failure to do so for an extended period of time can cause sludge build up inside the boiler that could cause some control to fail or malfunction, and may even cause the boiler to fail by cracking the section.
If a boiler flue section is severely saturated with soot, Service Right will elect to abort the service and a new service cost will be established. Service Right performs tune up service only on boilers that are in reasonable operating condition, free from rot, excess soot build up, or any other issues that may deem unsafe. Any boilers having these issues require additional repair and materials. A technician may be unable to determine the time period a job will take. In such situations the client can negotiate for a fixed price.
Service Right will waive the service charge for all emergency service requests on appliances that were serviced by us and happen to break within the same heating or cooling season. Service Right charges the hourly rate starting at arrival. If the fault of the equipment failure is related to the maintenance service that we have provided we will waive all charges.
