Quality Boiler Service in Boston, MA

As your boiler ages, it has many components that can start to fail or wear out. You might also want to upgrade your boiler with a more advanced system, because modern technology offers benefits. You could get improved efficiency or lower utility costs with a new boiler. We usually recommend a boiler replacement around ten years, because that’s when your boiler is most likely to lose efficiency.

Since that translates to higher costs for the same heat output, you might save with a replacement or upgraded unit. Another common issue with older boilers is a water or gas leak. As we mentioned above, watch for condensation on the unit or standing water around it. A gas leak could be dangerous with carbon monoxide emissions being combustible or fatal, too.

You should pay attention to the frequency of your boiler repairs. You shouldn’t need more than one or two a year, if that. More than that could mean that your boiler is failing rapidly, and a replacement unit could be more cost-efficient. We offer emergency boiler service in Boston, MA 24/7, so why not let a locally owned company help you stay warm? Call us today and schedule your estimate to get started!

There are no replaceable parts on gas boiler or furnace that require seasonal replacement except for the air filter in a furnace. Home owner should purchase and replace their own filter. We will also ask the homeowner for the filter at time of service and replace it as a courtesy. We will always replace the thermocouple lead on a gas burner with standing pilot because it is the first thing to fail during the heating season. All other parts are electronic and their time of failure cannot be determined. Therefore, there are no justification replacing part/s that cannot determine when they will fail.
