My minisplit was leaking so I reached out to Service Right for the first time. Jolly was very professional and knowledgeable on my issue. He analyzed and diagnosed my problem quickly (flare nut was letting liquid coolant out), and showed exactly where the issue was. He explained what was going on with the valve, how to fix it, and an estimate. He also gave me helpful hints on ways to improve the life of the unit. I will definitely give Jolly a call if the need arise again in the future.
I will for sure be hiring Service Right in the future. Jolly made sure my boiler was working well and SAFE. Other plumbers that had come in the past had not done nearly enough and as a result, made it almost dangerous to have in the home. Jolly fixed their work AND helped me understand my appliance more. What I look for in the people I hire is someone who will take the time to help me understand what they are doing, what I can do to prolong the life of the machine, and who is friendly/kind. I have several upcoming projects and will be going back to Service Right.

We had an emergency (no heat) on a Sunday morning and a gentleman from this company came right out and was super friendly (sometimes people are not happy to come out on the weekend). The gentleman diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the ignition switch and the heat started flowing again. I am so happy with the experience, we plan to ask them to come back and quote a new furnace (ours is old)! Thank you so much, you are lifesavers!

I hired Service Right to tune up my Oil Burner, after it was improperly maintenanced by a different company, and I am VERY happy I did. They responded Immediately, cleaned and actually rebuilt my entire Oil burner (from the 60s). It has been running like it is brand new since they repaired it. The crew was HIGHLY knowledgeable and extremely professional. Reasonable pricing and superior services, I would recommend hiring the company for any maintenance or servicing! You will not be disappointed with Service Right!!
Jolly was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to really examine the 28 year old boilers in our rental units and refurbish them. When our newer boiler was giving some unusual readings, he said he needed to consult with the manufacturers and would come back another day. He has very good about getting back to me to let me know what he had found out, and came back two days later to complete the job. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
